Website Assessment

Our basic website assessment assesses the potential applicant’s immigration status informing them of the precise
and accurate information they need to assess their ability to meet the ‘threshold’ (basic critical criteria which all
applicants must meet) criteria. This assessment will also ensure that no unrealistic visa application will
progress. In plain English – If you don’t pass the basic assessment you do not qualify to proceed.

Advanced Visa Assessment

An advanced assessment addresses each of the individual criteria that each applicant must meet before any proposed
visa application is lodged. This professional expert advice is thorough and it will address any potential weak areas
of each applicant’s current immigration status and how they can improve on this. It will also fully inform the
applicant of our professional fee and all other ancillary costs pertaining to processing the visa application.

The client  is also informed of the approximate time that the Department of Immigration and Citizenship
will take to process the application after it is lodged, the support documents you will need to
accompany lodging the application and what we do for you.

When you’ve reached this stage we understand that you’d also prefer to talk to a real person. Your migration professional
will include a 20 minute telephone conversation with you so that you may query any aspect of the expert assessment that
has been provided to you. Each client’s circumstances are recognised as different therefore our personalised service
will inform them of the most appropriate way to proeed and what they can expect from us.

Your application will be prepared by an expert migration professional. All the required supporting documentation will be
collated in the format required by DIAC and will lodged along with your application. Your migration agent will
communicate with DIAC during the processing of your application and will communicate to you any queries,
updates or further supporting documentation or information that they require efficiently and quickly.

Your personally appointed migration professional will be the only person to handle your case and this person
will be available to you at all times and if necessary will respond to your enquiries 7 days a week.

No Visa – No Fee Guarantee

Approximately 40% of all visa applications lodged are rejected. As we are 100% committed to our clients and being
100% confident in our ability to secure a visa for the suitable applicant we now offer our clients a ‘No Visa–No Fee’ guarantee.Once the potential applicant has been assessed as suitable and he has provided us with precise,
accurate and truthful information and instructs us (within 14 days of receiving an advanced assessment) to apply
for a visa on his behalf, we will fully refund our professional fee if his application is subsequently rejected.

Research

A small minority of applications may be referred to either the ‘Medical Officer of the Commonwealth’ or to the ‘Character Assessment Unit’ for further clarifications by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) during the processing of the application. In these instances, each individual issue raised by the Department will be fully researched
and addressed. Subsequently, a detailed submission will be provided to the Department on the client’s behalf.

Certifying Documents & Statutory Declarations

As a Registered Migration Agent we can certify any original document that is required for your visa application.
We can alsoprepare any Statutory Declarations for the client and arrange for these to be
witnessed by our legal representative if required.

Australian Skills Recognition

If your visa application requires that your skills must be recognised we will assist you with the processing of a skills
application to the appropriate Australian Skills Recognition Authority. We will also assist you with providing
the necessary evidentiary requirements and lodge the application on your behalf. We will also fully
liaise with the Assessment Authority and you until a determination is made on the application.

Appeals

If your visa application is rejected and you decide to appeal this decision to the Administrative Appeals
Tribunal (AAT) or the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) we can prepare this process for you.
In consultation with our corporate partners we can also assist in any High Court review.

Updates

We provide regular updates on the progress of the client’s application. We will communicate with DIAC and the
appropriate assessing authority (if required). Any adjustments that are necessary to any part of the client’s
application (or to the skills assessment application) will be communicated to the client in a timely manner
and any assistance that is required to address any adjustment will be provided forthwith.

Relocation for subclass 457 visa applicants

If we have processed your application for a subclass 457 visa, which has been approved, and you and any
accompanying approved visa applicants (approved on your application) are arriving into Perth International
Airport we will personally collect you and those applicants and take you to your accommodation
within 50KMS radius of Perth GPO at no cost to you.

If you are arriving into another major city location we will arrange your collection and transport you to your
accommodation(within 50kms radius of the GPO in that city) at no cost to you. The cost for any distances
in excess of 50kms from the GPO will be disclosed to you in the ‘Advanced visa assessment’ and will
be included in our professional fee. No hidden costs or extras will be applied at any time.

Relocation for all other visa applicants

If we have represented your visa application (which has been approved) and you and any accompanying
approved visa applicants, (approved on your application) are arriving into Perth International Airport,
we will (after instruction from you) arrange any necessary transport to your accommodation
and/or the accommodation itself that is required (charges apply).

If you are arriving into another major city Airport we will (after instruction from you) arrange any necessary
transport to your accommodation and/or the accommodation itself that is required (charges apply).

Processing visa applications

We provide accurate advice in accordance with current Australian migration legislation, to those who are
seeking to visit or migrate to Australia or who wish to sponsor an application for migration to Australia.

We guarantee never to progress any visa application for Australia unless it meets the strict criteria set down by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) for the granting of a visa and also to return any
professional fee paid by you if in the unlikely event your visa application is refused.

We are a small experienced team that provides its client’s with a personalised service. Unlike in many large migration consultancies, your entire visa application will be managed by one migration professional until a final determination
